REOPENING INFORMATION & HOW TO'S:

Service/Menu Changes

We will have limited capacity and service distancing in place.

We will be open 7 days a week to ensure we have availability for guests under the limited capacity conditions.

We have installed plexiglass barriers in the shampoo room and at the front desk.

 

We will have a limited service menu. We will offer color, highlight, balayage and cutting services.

 

Other services including Cezanne treatments, facials and makeup applications will be discontinued for the time being.

We cannot offer blow dries at this time due to an abundance of caution in regards to droplet safety.

 

We are limiting shampooing to color services only.  This is in place to limit the challenges presented by maintaining masks throughout the shampoo. Please arrive with clean dry hair.

We will be using specialized cleaners for full sanitation.

Stylists will sanitize their hands throughout service and between guests.

We will no longer offer shared magazines and snack/beverage offerings will be paused.

HOW TO'S FOR NEW ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE:

Arrive alone.

We cannot allow secondary guests to attend your service appointment. 

There will be no waiting area in the salon and we will have limits on capacity. 

Our child policy will be strictly enforced.  (We do not allow children in the service areas of the salon without a service appointment and a guardian with them at all times.)

We cannot offer services for children at this time due to limitations on spacing and capacity.  Teens may be dropped off for service.

If you arrive to an appointment with a secondary guest they will be asked to leave and if that is not possible you will have to reschedule the service.

Wait in your vehicle.

Call when you arrive before you come to the salon door.

We must ensure the service ahead of you is complete and all sanitation has taken place before we welcome you in.  

Please limit what belongings you bring in, they will stay with you throughout your service.

We are prepared!

When you approach the door a team members will open the door for you and give sanitizer and a protective mask that must be wore throughout your service.

You will be escorted to your carefully planned service area that will keep you a safe distance from other guests in the salon.

We will be able to send your service ticket directly to your phone. There you can pay in app -- just like online shopping.  

If you are unable to download the app for this type of payment we do have Apple pay or as a last option the standard credit card machine which we will fully sanitize with each use.  

We will not be accepting cash or check payments at this time.

Gratuity

All gratuity may be added to your credit card in the app or you may Venmo your stylist directly. No cash gratuity will be accepted.

PPE & Sanitation Fee

A small PPE & Sanitation fee will be applied to service visits.  This fee will be in place to accommodate single use equipment necessary for safety and  specialized sanitation supplies.  Pricing will be detailed prior to reopening.

Product purchases

We will bag all requested products and have them ready for you to pick up on the counter.

Curbside Pickup

We offer curbside pick up if you do not have a service and would like to make a purchase.

Call or email in your order. (If you are emailing we will call you back to confirm pick up availability and take payment over the phone.)

We will establish a pick up time window.

Call in when you arrive to the salon.

A team member will bring your purchase to your car and place it in the back seat.
